Heart Focused Breathing Workshop
The intention of this course is to empower our lives with simple and effective strategies for focused Self-Care, building stable foundations for a healthy body, mind, and emotions.
You will meet on Zoom with facilitator Felicia Harlow. Our time together will include group instruction, individual reflection and interaction. There will be plenty of time for Q & A too.
Topics discussed will include the following:
What’s most important to you at this time in your life?
What is your definition of self care?
In what ways do you practice compassion towards yourself to the extent you do for others?

Felicia Harlow is a Calm Heart educator, emotional intuitive, heart rhythm meditation instructor, and Hurqalya Method™ Heart-Energy practitioner, who uses her natural gifts to assist in building a culture of the heart.
